BizBuzz enables you to create, customize, share, and manage digital business cards. We may enhance or modify the app at any time without prior notice. The app is provided “as is” for personal and professional use.

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Certain BizBuzz features require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings.
• No partial-period refunds are provided unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, and software related to BizBuzz are the exclusive property of BizBuzz. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our written permission. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it solely for operating and improving the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BizBuzz at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
